Home Loans

Helping our neighbors achieve the American dream of homeownership is a tradition for Central Valley Bank. Our lending experience dates back to 1927 when we made our very first home loan. Although homes cost a bit more today, we still custom build our home loans to fit your needs and we feature local lending which means we process, underwrite and service your loan here at Central Valley Bank.

We have a mortgage loan program which is right for you, whether you are building, buying or refinancing.

15 and 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgages

A fixed rate mortgage offers the security of the same interest rate for the life of your loan. With a 15 year term, your principal reduces faster letting you build equity quickly. A 30 year term offers the convenience of low monthly payments making it one of the most affordable mortgage programs available.

Refinancing

Whether you're looking at refinancing your mortgage to lower your monthly payment, switch to a fixed rate, or get cash out to finance a major expense, we can help.

Custom Construction Loan

One-step financing combines both construction and permanent mortgage in the same loan package. Interest-only payments are required on the construction funds disbursed during the building phase. When your home is completed, your mortgage is already in place.

Applying for a loan at Central Valley Bank is easy. The first step in starting the loan process is the completion of your loan application. To make the application process quicker, we've provided a checklist of the information as well as additional forms below.
