This easy-to-use service puts account information at your fingertips 24 hours a day with a simple phone call from the comfort of your home or office.

Once you've connected with the CVB ACCESS LINE, the voice prompt will guide you through your call, step-by-step.

You may:
  • Check your balance & last deposit or payment.
  • Verify if a check has cleared.
  • Transfer funds between accounts.
  • Transfer funds to make a loan payment.
  • Check on interest received or paid.
  • Change your Access PIN number.

First Time Callers

Have your account number, type of account you are inquiring about, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number or Tax ID Number registered to your account ready to use as your Access PIN. For security reasons, you will be required to change your Access PIN to another four-digit number of your choice. The voice prompt will guide you in setting up your new Access PIN.

To find your account number, look for the last eleven digits at the bottom of your check. You may also find your account number on you checking or savings statements in the upper right hand corner. You do not have to include the 0's before the account number.

All of your CVB ACCESS LINE information is completely confidential since you choose your own Access PIN. You can reach a bank representative for help or additional information during office hours. Just press "0" at any time during your call to the CVB ACCESS LINE.
